Cwmtydu Beach

My son and I had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff are really helpful and friendly, whether it be checkin checkout, restaurant, spa, the odd cleaner about..all were always smiling and happy to help. We cant wait to stay again!! One thing id like to put in however is the pool area needs some maintenance. The pool itself is lovely but the railing to enter the pool at the far side is very loose and shaky and one bolt very close to coming out. Gave it a go but it wouldnt turn. Also at the near end next to a floor vent of the pool is a hole about 4 inches by 4 n roughny what felt like a good half of an inch deep and quite sharp if your feet hit it the wrong way. To me, these things are minor but some people may complain. We will be back as soon as possible regardless..just wanted to let you know. My autistic son didnt want me to say anything at the time as it embarrasses him. The facilities overall are fantastic and the rooms spacious clean and lovely.
