「Spent the weekend at Casa de Uco to unwind and relax. A bit of a drive from Mendoza airport (roughly 1.5 hours) located at the foot of the Andes mountains and surrounded by vineyards. 「In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault.
