This place is complete scam, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked and paid for my reservation through Expedia, and when I arrived, the receptionist told me they “don’t work with Expedia” and that I had no reservation. That was unbelievable considering my payment had already gone through. When I asked to speak with a manager, there wasn’t one available, and no one else took responsibility. The receptionist was completely unhelpful and offered no solution whatsoever. Instead of fixing the problem, I was left standing there arguing over a reservation I had already paid for. If you don’t accept Expedia bookings, then why are you listed on Expedia in the first place? This situation should never happen. It was completely unacceptable, incredibly frustrating, and a total waste of my time. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before booking. Thankfully, Expedia was somehow able to refund my money, which I really appreciate. However, when an Expedia agent tried to contact the hotel to resolve the issue, they were told that no one answered. That seems extremely unprofessional and shows that the hotel is not handling its operations properly or taking customer service seriously. I really hope Expedia reviews what is going on here and considers stopping their partnership with this hotel.
