Renters ought to be aware that it is not located in the Montezuma town, but a 2-3 km walk up steep hills from the beach. "The room was lovely and the people we met staying there were very nice! There is a very cute cat on the property who will often say hi. The location is great, there's a restaurant just down the hill that is open from early to late with breakfast, dinner, and drinks. The Santa Teresa beach is just beyond that. Less than 5 min walk.
