Amazing little hotel with friendly helpful staff . Excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel. Rooms good size comfortable beds and great hot water . Walkable to the shopping mall with a massive food court ( but noisy) . The hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet

The location made it necessary to use transportation of going out at night. However, the in house restaurant was excellent, so there was really no need to leave in the evening for dinner.

Nicole, the receptionist / manager was very helpful in every way. The fact that she spoke English was also helpful because my Portuguese is still limited. The breakfast was very good and the furniture and environment reflected well in the hotel's historical restoration. The room I had was spacious and also the bathroom. I really can't think of anything negative except for the bathroom cold water faucet took effort to close all the way and leaked a little bit. The windows took some effort to close but that's understandable because they are original.

Incrível! O hotel é maravilhoso em sua arquitetura, limpeza, atendimento e conforto! Escolhi o hotel pela beleza do prédio histórico restaurado — é realmente lindo e acolhedor. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e confortável, e a maior parte da equipe foi gentil e prestativa. Mas alguns pontos comprometeram a experiência. Fiquei no 1º andar e, apesar de ter pedido para trocar devido ao barulho do movimento da rua, fui informada de que seria tranquilo. No entanto, acordamos às 5h da manhã e não conseguimos mais dormir. No dia seguinte, não houve possibilidade de troca sem custo adicional, apenas para um quarto inferior. Avisei com antecedência que sou celíaca e disseram que haveria opção no café da manhã. Acreditei que seria algo bom, pois Curitiba tem uma ampla gama de opções seguras, confiáveis e muito saborosas, todas bastante acessíveis. No entanto, me entregaram uma sacolinha de supermercado com itens industrializados. O pão de forma, inclusive, recusei porque já conhecia e sabia que era ruim. Por sorte, levei o meu. Foi decepcionante, especialmente num hotel participante do Breakfast Weekend. No meu caso as bolachinhas eram individuais (2 pacotinhos sendo pacote com 2 unidades). Também senti falta de alguém no salão do café da manhã. As mesas usadas permaneciam sujas por muito tempo e não havia a quem recorrer. Por fim, pediram para solicitar o carro com 10 min de antecedência, mas só foram buscá-lo quando chegamos à recepção, o que causou atraso. O hotel tem muito potencial, mas pequenos ajustes fariam toda a diferença.

Ótima estadia

Estadia de um dia excelente, funcionários disponíveis e educados. Hotel mistura história e conforto. Recomendo. Hotel possui estacionamento em com manobrista, custou 42 reais e trazia o carro até a entrada do hotel quando precisamos sair. Café da manhã muito bom e variado.
