1 parking space, window screens, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (heating and cooling).

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.
We have 1 parking space, but if you need more, there are parking lots (not included in the daily rate) just a few meters from the building.
Near the building, there are 3 shopping malls (Shopping Curitiba right in front of the building, as well as Pátio Batel and Shopping Crystal very close by, a market, a pharmacy, and all the necessary amenities for shopping and daily needs, just a few meters from the Hard Rock Café.
The neighborhood is known as Batel, a prime location in Curitiba.
In addition to all the amenities listed, if you need a portable crib, just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide one for you at no cost :). Also, feel free to count on us for any information or questions you may have about the city, etc.

Smoking is permitted only on the balcony with the door closed. Smoking is prohibited in all common areas of the condominium.
Extra guests are not permitted, as all visitors must be registered in advance at the building’s front desk.

Visitors and parties are prohibited. In case of non-compliance, a fine of R$ 500.00 will be automatically charged by the platform.
