「While our stay was enjoyable and met our needs, the unethical practice of claiming damages after leaving soured our whole experience. I was sent pictures of supposed damages to a mattress where there was a water spot about 6" in diameter and the owner claimed the entire bed was soaked, needed professional cleaning. It just simply didn't happen. I found out about the charges after I got home. Anyone considering staying here, beware.」

「We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was nice, clean, and spacious enough for all 9 of us (6 adults, 3 kids) while we visited Edinburgh. Check-in was a little tricky because we weren't getting messages through the app or by logging into the website (so we had no idea how to get into the property itself until the last minute). We ended up reaching out to customer support. But that was probably a tech issue on our end? We definitely recommend this property.」
