"There was long hair on the sheets, and a big gob of it in the bathroom on the floor. One sheet was ripped. The sink was cracked. The landscaping light outside shone directly on the window and brightened the room all night. I couldn't wait to leave. Parking was fine. Desk staff were fine."

"The place seems new and was in a new development. The best part is the pet policy and there were plenty of dog lovers around the property. The staff was very friendly. We had a good stay and would stay there again when traveling with our pets. "

The breakfast seating area is too small for the size of the hotel and the condition of the seating is very poorly maintained and in desperate need for replacement. The electric window blinds fail to operate if not fully charged. The TV screen was blue (maintenance staff said the TV needs replacing a common fault). The two business centre printers did not work. The hotel displays signage to say "We want you to be 100% satisfied with your stay! If we have not met your expectations, please let us know why!" These were words not supported by action. "

"Parking was ok but they charged you to park in the hotel parking lot which is insane. You already paid to stay there why should you have to pay to park where you stay? Not to mention the sign for the hotel was not easily seen"

"Our two night stay was better than average. Room had a very slight smell of smoke, but was tolerable. It was ready early and very clean. Beds were comfy. Surprised that Breakfast was only continental, what they had was limited, yet we all found something to eat. Front staff was very attentive. First night the pool was a bit cloudy so we chose to enjoy the hot tub only. Second night the pool was inviting and very warm. Would go back to this hotel."
