"Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. Breakfast had very limited spread and very little options for...

"Design and facility is good. New hotel with large rooms. Just spa was unavoidable and breakfast can be inproved. Good and nice staf is another reason to visit the hotel"

"What an amazing stay at Basqal Resort & Spa! Everything was top notch. The views from the property were spectacular. The spa on the ground floor was so beautiful and peaceful. They have three restaurants and each one was great. The staff is friendly and exceptionally attentive. I wish we had more time there, we would love to return! The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. "
