「We checked in and our first room was visibly dirty. I asked for housekeeping to come address the issues and was informed that housekeeping was not available until the following morning. I asked for a new room and was given one, but it was only slightly better than the first. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves. All of the touch points were very dirty and grimy. I discussed with the staff who were apologetic and they did try to fix the specific items I listed. I...

「Ya conocia el hotel, estuve ahi hace unos años, pero se ve que hoy la administracion es otra. El edificio le falta mantenimiento, y limpieza. Mi cuarto no estaba limpio del todo, la alfombra estaba muy sucia no la quise pisar sin chanclas, la cortina de la regadera del baño estaba percudida y de muy mal aspecto. Nunca habia nadie en el front desk, o habia alguien que no entendia ni ingles ni español, pedi que limpiaran mi cuarto y no me hicieron caso, solo lo "limpiaron" un dia, y lo pongo...
