"Absolutely beautiful property with beautiful areas to sit and enjoy the view of the ocean and banana plantation in one direction and the mountains in the other direction . Property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Be sure to contact hotel before you check in so they can open the gate for you. The buffet breakfast was superb with so much variety of fresh fruit and breads. A beuatiful spot to stay. "

"There is no central heating in this place; A gas heater and a fireplace are available. The staff offered to start the heater, which we accepted, and a box of wood was provided for self-servicing the fireplace. The gas heater turned off after 10 minutes cause the gas tank was almost empty. On the other hand, I gave up on the fireplace after 90 minutes of successive failing attempts because the wood was extremely wet. The manager was absent and so was the owner. The three employees who were on...

"A beautiful hotel in an amazing place Loved our stay for one night before climbing Teide My only comment would be food Provision - the restaurant is beautiful but the menu is expensive and limited. There is a cafe bar but that stops serving food at 5pm Particularly for hikers more choice at a more reasonable price (or cafe open longer) would be great"

"The hotel is extremely pleasant. Very colonial and comfortable. Nice and warm room. Our only problem was that we had a downstairs room and they all had lights over the door which stayed on all night. I tried to wedge the blind at the edges but it still let in a lot of light. The fridge was extremely noisy and we turned it off at night. The hairdryer only blew cold. The breakfast was just ok. 3 nights was too many for the town as there's not very much to do in the day. You can walk round the...
