On the upper floor there is a suite-type bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 double bed and a full bathroom, another bedroom with two 0.90 x 1.90 single beds and a large 30-square-meter solarium terrace. All rooms have their individual inverter system air conditioning machine (cold air or hot air for winter).
