The 24/7 snack bar… THE BEST. They have lots of hot meals on the menu too and super delicious. The location is great to go to the shops and sightseeing."

"Highlights: - Perfect for family with little/young kids as this seems to be the only hotel in Polanco area that is resort-like. All other hotels are high rises - Outdoor heated pool was the best. Again, most likely this is the only hotel in this area with an outdoor pool - Rooms were large for a city center hotel - Buffet and other onsite restaurants were great - Staff was fantastic - A bit of history in an otherwise commercial part of Mexico City. Feels like you are in Mexico City rather than New York City - Walkable to several restaurants and shopping"
