Great location and accommodations

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip and found the house to be everything we needed. Like most of the other reviews said, it was very clean, the house is very close to restaurants and the springs. It makes it a great spot after a day of scalloping. We loved the outdoor space for our kids to play. My only warning is the room with the bunk beds does not get very cool. It worked okay for us because we are Floridians and it was the kids room, but the lowest the room temperature got was 75 degrees but mostly it was in the high 70s or low 80s. Again this was also August.

Wonderful getaway

This was an amazing vacation with our family. The home was beautiful and clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The boat dock allowed plenty of room for our boat and the kayaks were great. Would highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a very relaxing vacation!!

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed in many VRBOs and I must say this house was the cleanest. It was as described. Everything you need for a stay and more. The Shed had all kinds of extra stuff and my grandkids loved the kayaks. It is very close to the spring which made it extra special and easy to get out to the bay to scallop. The kids loved fishing off the dock. The owners were also very accommodating when we initially had to change our date. We will definately be coming back.

Home with kyacks perfect location to easily kyack with manatees, kyack to monkey Island and monkey bar as well as margarita grill. Although it was just the 2 of us, This home would easily accommodate 2 couples plus 4 guests that do not mind sleeping on bunk bed and couch

Great Homosassa Home

It’s in a great location, within minutes of plenty of restaurants and attractions. We had a great time kayaking the canals and spring. The home is spacious, clean and well decorated. Would benefit from room darkening drapes across the back to control the afternoon heat. And the third bedroom is almost unusable in the summer heat.

Amazing house and perfect location!

I’ve stayed at a lot of rental properties in Homosassa and this one was my favorite! Great location for boaters. Close to the springs and restaurants. House has everything you could need, and I love the manatee theme the home has! We will definitely be back!

Great place to relax!

We have a family of five. This home was perfect for all of us. The boys did lots of fishing and caught lots of fish. We all went kayaking a few times. We sat outside and watched the wildlife from the dock. We made s’mores by the fire pit. It’s a very comfortable home with lots to do!

Great Place

When we arrived to the property, it was apparent the cleaning crew never made it that day which turned about to be a misunderstanding in the schedule. It was 7pm on a Sunday and Nancy and Brittany were on the case. We had cleaners in the house with in the hour, all of the linen was taken to a local laundromat, and by 10pm, the house was cleaned and we were in the house. Nancy was more than accommodating and generous throughout the process. The house was perfect and in great condition. Plenty of room for my 21' boat to fit at the dock. Bed Review: All of the beds had a nice thick memory foam pad on them. Slept like a baby. Refreshing to have a VRBO with super comfortable beds.

Birthday Adventure

Due to covid we couldn't have a 7th Birthday party for our daughter. I booked this home and a swimming with the manatees adventure instead. My girls had the best time kayaking wuth us and the place was so peaceful. The home itself is clean and we really enjoyed staying on the canal. We hope to return again.
