Crystal Sands is a beachfront condo that is low-density and is situated on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This newly upgraded unit offers the benefit of the ground floor with easy access in and out to the beach. The property offers free parking with a direct entry from the parking and to the beach.
The unit has beach service already paid for you which includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Not all the units have this great amenity!
We strive hard to ensure you have a great stay! I have multiple properties and excellent reviews!

Great time as always
We had a wonderful time. We have stayed here before. We did not have beach chair service, it did end the day we arrived. We were allowed early check in for an added cost which was great. The twin bunks had a bunch of sand in between the covers. Not sure why, but that was a bit disappointing. My husband noticed it when he was trying to take a nap since the baby was napping in the main bedroom. Place is a little worn down but still worth it. It’s very safe and has beautiful beach front view with such easy access.

This place is beautiful!! Everything you could need is already there, dishes, linens, towels, heck they even had beach toys for my son there already! Was such a fun and pleasant experience! When we couldn’t program the remote, we messaged MaryBeth and she couldn’t have been more hospitable! Looking forward to doing business with her again! Def great for the family and the beach is next door so that’s a huge plus!!

Great beach location. Unit is not clean.
The location and beach are great. The unit was dirty. Appliances were sticky. Dirty dishes in cupboard. Floors had not been mopped or swept. If they had cleaned the bedroom, they would have noticed the light was burned out. Other than it just being nasty, the location was ideal.

Great stay
This was only our second time coming to Destin and we booked with this host at this location because of all the good reviews. We arrived early, and were allowed an early check in for a small fee, which was fine by us, because it got us on the beach sooner. This condo is exactly as it is pictured. It does offer a washer/dryer combo, that wasn’t shown in photos, but we had verified it was there. And was a great bonus to getting clean beach towels. We have stayed at multiple vrbos over the years, and this was the first with a working ice maker in the fridge! Everything was clean and cutely decorated with beach themed bedding and decorations. I was worried about the beds in the hallway being a problem with the early riser toddler and sleepyhead teen, but it was tucked away nicely. The living room tv also offered Netflix and other apps and kept the kids entertained when it was raining. The easy walk to the beach was exactly as described. This host even offered multiple beach toys and 2 beach chairs. We will most definitely book here for our next Destin trip. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating to your guests and providing a great atmosphere for a wonderful family beach trip.

Perfect location, Perfect condo
The perfect condo for a getaway weekend. Condo had everything we needed, owner has it so well organized and appointed. Beach is so beautiful. The water is as clear as you can imagine and the sand is like soft powder. Lots of restaurants in the area. We rented a golf cart for a day to visit the different sites. Love Destin, would definitely come back to Crystal Sands!
