Os funcionários são educados e simpáticos. Estão à disposição para resolver nossas solicitações. O café da manhã foi um ponto um pouco frustrante, não tinha tanta variedade, café acabava e precisávamos pedir pra repor, e haviam coisas que não eram repostas e...

"Lugar maravilhoso. Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Piscina super agradável. O café da manhã preparado na hora com muito capricho por Maria é um bônus. Erica também muito solicita a todas as informações. A única ressalva que tivemos foi os hóspedes do quarto ao lado que levaram um ou dois cachorros que uivavam de madrugada e latiam muito antes das 8 da manhã. Isso atrapalhou um pouco o sono e a experiência. Ademais, tudo maravilhoso. Voltaríamos. "

"The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful.
Whilst all of the staff were great one member of staff deserves a special mention, Ivo was so helpful and he also organised and surprised us with a special cake for my friends birthday. Ivo was amazing. "

"Needs a lot of work , paint is chipping out wood is rotten, paul’s need to be painted a lot of details around the property, cables hanging behind the TV TV with fingerprints and oil marks all over.
Send inside of the rooms on the floor mirrors with more watermarks"
