「I normally stay here whenever I come to town but this is the worst I've seen, the carpet is worn and outdated and has patches of carpet missing in places the bedding has holes and tears, the beds are hard as a rock, the shower head is broken, there were fleas in the bedrooms, and I had spoken to another person who said he had the same problem.
