This unit is furnished and ready for your stay!
Nightly rate for 2 people $140/night
*extra guest fee nightly $12.00*
12 people max allowed and that nightly rate is $260.00 which is what we would normally charge.
We have gone to the per person nightly rate to encourage those couples who want a lake front condo to book as well and not have to pay the full rate of $240.00/night.
HOA update as of June 2022-2 pet limit, all pets must be on a leash and pick up after poop every time. Dog breeds prohibited: Pit bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds and all mixes thereof.

Downstairs-2 bedrooms and one full bathroom; walk out patio to the water. 2ndary kitchen area with full size fridge and sink; bar area and shelves, living room with TV and dining/eating area downstairs.
King size bed, WiFi, pet friendly (one time fee $75.00), smoking outside only.
Propane grill on deck.
Outdoor chairs.

We are lakefront with access to Lake Catherine; you have to have a permit on your boat to use the lake and rules of HOA apply; get with owners please. Fishing you will need a local license and owners can direct you on that as well. We do not supply Kayak's etc-but they are available to rent with payment and permits at the near by marina's.

We do NOT have a swimming pool at the condo nor a hot tub; those are amenities in the Fairfield Glade area that you can have access too if you want and are pending openings/availability/service/etc.

(Update March 2019-New Flooring, new kitchens, 2 new step in showers upstairs, new deck, and gas fireplace and gas stove/oven in the kitchen )

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

Trailers, boats and large vans aren't allowed to park per HOA rules.
Parking: one car can park under the carport, 2nd car can park behind that car. Anymore than 2 vehicles would need to park in an unmarked parking spot near by.

My family had a great stay at this property. It had plenty of room for us and was very comfortable. The kitchen met all of all needs too and we needed the multiple bathrooms which worked out very well. The high temperatures and humidity didn't allow for much enjoyment of the outside features but it was on a very convenient location with pleasant scenery. Thanks for hosting our family!

The rooms were excellent. Plenty of room and very clean. Did not realize though that you had to request a guest pass to use the swimming pool but other than that, stay was perfect

Great Fairfield Glade condo

We loved our stay at this condo! Especially enjoyed my own “apartment” in the lower level. 😁 Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to golf courses and a couple of good restaurants, more restaurants about 15-20 minutes away. Owners were very nice when we spoke. Highly recommend staying here!

It was clean with comfortable furniture. The basement is very nicely done - pictures on the website don't do it justice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and having a clear view of the lake. The location was great for accessing local activities.

Family getaway

We were in town for my cousins wedding. The condo was perfect for our family and group size. The two kitchens were helpful when trying to prepare items for the wedding with the stove everyone else could use the downstairs kitchen and make room to move. Beautiful view of the lake.

Perfect accommodations for visiting relatives in Fairfield Glade. So much space for a large group. The downstairs is essentially a second apartment, which our kids loved. Although this is the first unit next to the road, we weren’t disturbed by road noise at all. Everything was tastefully done and comfortable.

Great stay but it says I’m being charged $75 pet fee- there were no pets nowhere on site ever nor stated to stay? Would like refunded pet fee please. Also I took a picture the downstairs screen door- it was flat on the patio. We did not use that door at all. Thank you

Convenient condo.

Our group was six senior adult who were visiting a high school classmate and his wife who live in the Glades. Unit met our needs with beds and baths. The deck is a nice size with seating for six and although we didn’t use the grill someone previously had and looked as though they’d cooked cheeseburgers then neglected to clean it. Parking was not a problem for our pickup and full sized suv. We would stay again.

Christmas in Fairfield Glade

My parents recently moved to Fairfield Glade from California and the entire family decided to go to them for Christmas this year! The location of the condo was perfect, just a short drive to their house. It was plenty big enough for all of us and it was nice to have someplace to come back to after the Christmas festivities. Our favorite part was that the condo was decorated for Christmas, including a tree! It was that extra touch that made it special. We contacted the owners a couple of times with questions (how to work the fireplace and adding extra guests) and it was always a prompt reply back. Thank you for a memorable holiday stay❤️🎄

Excellent place to stay!

We had such a comfortable stay at this VRBO, and wish we had more days there to enjoy it. It's hard to know where to start!! The unit appears to have been recently remodeled so everything feels fresh and new. The furnishings are lovely and so comfortable. This townhome is perfect for a couple of people or a big family gathering. The kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms are incredibly well stocked - it appears that the owners have truly thought of everything. We definitely enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening with a view of the lake. And while we didn't get to take advantage of many of the Fairfield Glade amenities since our visit was short, we hope to do so next time. We are looking forward to getting back to the Crossville area so we have an excuse to stay here again. Many thanks to the owners, Elizabeth and Nate, for creating this cozy haven as a "home away from home".

Great for Family Get-Together

My adult kids, grandson, and I stayed for 5 days, and we had an excellent time. The condo is set up well with places for small groups to hang out or introverts to get some solo time. The stairs to downstairs are off of the dining area which means you don't hear people tromping up and down. Elizabeth was quickly responsive throughout the whole process. Check in and check out were seamless. We had three cars and had no problems finding close parking spots. My advice is to check ahead for things to do using TikTok and Instagram. We also had a lot of luck when we asked local people we ran into where they would take out-of-town visitors. There are a lot of good breweries in the area. Be sure to visit Leroy's Jamaican Bread. They have excellent vegetable patties and they sing a beautiful song for first-time visitors. The antique store next to them had reasonable prices, and the winery next door had free tasting. We also enjoyed the Pour House, CalfKiller Brewery, Happy Trails Brewery, Farmers Storehouse, Dirty Girls Nursery, Black Mountain Crest Loop (easy hike), G.O.A.T. Cafe, Chuckles miniature golf, and the kids headed out a couple times for frozen custard from a local place.

Central location

Condo was centrally located for our weekend stay in the Glade. Close to family, grocery and events we were attending. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Nice new park within walking distance that has bocce courts, memorial garden and covered pavilions.
