Cronulla Beach Rock Pool

I think this hotel is under new management since our last visit and the staff were much friendlier and helpful, the reception area had changed and I think the room we had (304) was easily the absolute best room in the whole hotel!

My bathroom basin did not have proper basin drain. Basin Drainage was open and Rydges was managing it using plug or a plastic lid. When plug was put on - water logged. When plug was put off I see an open drain. Not the ideal scenario when u pay a premium price for a 5 star hotel stay. I requested them either to change my room or fix it by a plumber. But no luck! They just kept avoiding my request. Very poor customer experience.
