「The house needs a lot of work, peeling paint , cracks in woodwork, mold at bottom of living room window, and light bulbs out everywhere. There is a very strong mildew odor. Host has 2 dehumidifiers running constantly which indicates a lot of moisture. It is a charming house that needs a major makeover.」

「Property was even better than I expected. The host was very nice. Home was very clean and had plenty of extras that might be needed. Yard is big and beautiful with an easy, gentle slope to the dock. We loved having a private swimming area off the dock, it was better than the public beaches we went to. It couldn't have been any more perfect for our family.
