Tucked at the base of Mt. Crested Butte and just steps from the Silver Queen lift, this cozy condo is all about location and adventure. Comfortably sleeps 8 with three bedrooms, a mix of beds, and a private dry sauna to relax after the slopes or a day not he trails.
On the entry level, you’ll find a welcoming living room with comfy seating and direct access to a private deck that looks out over the vibrant base area—perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and après-ski snacks. Also on this floor is a roomy queen bedroom with its own private deck and an adjacent full bathroom with a soaking tub.
Head upstairs to discover another queen bedroom plus an open loft space furnished with two twin beds—ideal for kids or friends. This level also includes a shared bathroom and a newly installed efficiency washer and dryer for easy gear refreshes after a day on the mountain.
At the very top of the home, the third bedroom offers a queen bed and sweeping views of the entire base area—sunrises and snowy scenes alike. You’ll also find a spacious private sauna on this level that’s big enough for your whole group to wind down together, along with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
This inviting condo is nestled in the heart of Mt. Crested Butte’s base area, offering unbeatable access to the lifts, shops, restaurants, bars, and the free shuttle into town. It’s also right next door to the kids’ ski school, making it a perfect fit for families and adventure-seekers alike.
Please note: The fireplace cannot be used at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience! There is a large bar with three bar stools, but no dining room table. There is one parking pass available. This unit is on the fourth floor and there are stairs.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, please review our simple house rules:
1. No Pets Allowed We love animals, but this condo is a pet-free zone to ensure comfort and safety for all guests. Thanks for understanding!
2. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM Please respect our mountain neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. The fresh air’s even better when it’s peaceful.
3. Parking There is limited parking at Axtel and the parking area services a few buildings. This unit has 1 parking pass which is available inside the condo in your welcome guide. Please make sure to return the parking pass before you depart, otherwise replacement fees will be incurred.
Extra vehicles may be parked in the Town of Crested Butte (www.parkcrestedbutte.com) or you can try CB RV Park (970) 596-5093 for paid parking. Please note there is no on street parking in Mt Crested Butte and if you park in the Town of Crested Butte, you will need to move your vehicle every other day in accordance with Parking Regulations.
4. No Smoking or Vaping (Inside or On Balconies) Smoking of any kind is not permitted. A $250 fee will be charged for violations.
5. Respect the Space Treat the condo as if it were your own—clean up after yourself, use gear and appliances responsibly, and report any damage.
6. Maximum Occupancy Please adhere to the number of guests on your reservation. It helps us ensure safety and comfort.

8. A fully refundable $300 damage deposit will be collected via secure Stripe payment link 48 hours before check-in. It will be refunded within 72 hours of checkout, pending inspection.
