Slate-Roofed Hideaway

  • Tucked away in the peaceful countryside just 1 km from Padirac, this charming 3-bedroom home showcases traditional Lotoise architecture, complete with a turret and slate roof. Surrounded by a spacious garden filled with fruit trees, flowers, and shrubs, it’s an ideal retreat for families with children and nature lovers alike.

Enjoy panoramic views of fields and woodlands from the veranda and terrace, or unwind in the cozy interior decorated in regional style. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, and more—perfect for home-cooked meals.

Just a short stroll away lies the Gouffre de Padirac, where you can sail through underground caverns. For swimming and cycling, head to Lake Gramat (10 min), which also offers a zoo, market, and bike rentals. Nearby Padirac has welcoming restaurants, while Rocamadour (14 km), Castelnau-Bretenoux (12 km), and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie (64 km) promise unforgettable day trips. Don’t miss the prehistoric caves of Pech Merle for a glimpse into ancient history.

Whether you're exploring castles or relaxing in the garden, this countryside haven offers a perfect blend of peace, culture, and adventure.
