The apartment is large and spacious, apartment and gardens are kept immaculately clean by the staff. After each day out we came back to find our apartment cleaned with fresh towels and bed linen. 「Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. 「I stay here for a conference for 5 days and found it perfectly suited my needs. I had been traveling in Italy for a couple weeks beforehand and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment compared to the price and to some of my other lodgings in central and north Italy. There's nice rooftop lounge area and while there is no air conditioner, the room had a fan and it managed to stay comfortable between that and the windows. 「Very spacious house with all equipment required for a relaxing family holiday. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds, modern air conditioning, availability of plenty of towels and fantastic view on Lake Orta from the terrace. While the pool is rather small, it is very clean using salt water and very enjoyable as a flexible alternative to swimming in the lake. Ilaria as our host was very friendly and supportive. Communication with her was very fast, flexible and clear.」

"今回、コモ湖滞在からの帰路、ミラノー東京便のために前泊しました。 空港ターミナル１に直結のホテルのため、早朝フライトでも移動時間を気にするストレスなく、また、鉄道駅の真上にあるため、コモ湖からの鉄道利用にも便利で、おかげで前泊日にミラノ市街地まで鉄道で40分ほどで移動して小旅行ができ、とても利便性が高いホテルです。 強いて難点をあげれば、広すぎてレセプションから部屋までかなりの距離を歩くこと（荷物運びを依頼した方がベター）、夕食のレストランは予約がないと20分程度待たされました。 それ以外は内装も綺麗で良いホテルです。"
