"A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking...

"Good location if you want to spend the weekend going to the theme park - Futuroscope, only a 15 minutes walk and the parking for the hotel is free. Nothing else much to do around, there were a few shops around but they were closed the weekend we spent there. Lovely multilingual staff. "When we arrived, the two young ladies on reception (one on Ibis, one on Ibis Budget) both insisted that I needed to have a sheet of paper to be able to check in. (Bond du something). The booking number or my noame were worthless. Gallic shrugs all round. Eventually, I said I had not booked as a package with our Futuroscope tickets, and smiles and dcomprehension dawned, our number was looked up, my name was there. My worst hotel experience

Also, there was no indication of the cost or conditions at the charger. It was only when the cost came through on our credit card. The hotel is rated as 3 star. I do not think it deserves 1 star. Avoid this hotel if at all possible."
