"Room was clean, staff were friendly the two areas of concern was one was the distance to the sabres hockey game and two was the disappointing breakfast selection and quality of food"

"Totel is very smoky. Other guests were smoking in nearby rooms and nothing was done. The smell of cigarette smoke was very bad. Unfortunately, I have severe asthma and was told nothing could be done. If I could have found another hotel I would have left for health reasons. Sadly, I won't stay again. We were here last minute to see a family member who plays for the Sabres. I wish I could get a refund."
