"I looked for a rental near Indian Cave State Park and this property came up. I'm so glad it did. This place was immaculate and perfect for son and myself for a couple of days. The house was very clean, bright and inviting. The massive couch in the living room was so comfortable it was hard to make it through a movie without falling asleep."

"Was a wonderful gem in a small town . Highly recommend this place , owners are very sweet and helpful . Lobby and Hallway as well as the rooms were decorated very nice looking . Room was very clean and comfortable. If you ever get a chance stop in and stay . We will definitely being staying there again . "

Peaceful Kansas Cottage w/ Wraparound Deck!

"The villa was great! We really enjoyed coming back to the villa after our days of adventuring. So quiet and relaxing. Multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind. We took opportunity of the pool every day. We also enjoyed the private chef prepared dinner, and had leftover food for the next night. Thanks Barbara for being a wonderful host!"

Entire Restored 10 bedroom Hotel! Located on 62 acre resort

Family time

"We had a wonderful time at Sycamore Springs! We were a large family group with a 92 year old grandfather, grade school kids, teens, tweens and young adults.... all the way down to a 3 year old great grandchild. We all had fun things to do. The kids did the roller skating, petting zoo playgound, splash pad. While the teens and adults did the putt putt golf, pickle ball courts, horse shoes and fishing. one of our teens caught a 26 pound catfish. There was lots of room for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked with quality equipment. At night we sat outside on the big patio and roasted marshmallows. We did some rock painting and placed a few along the trail for others to find. We also did some family games of wiffle ball and kick ball in the nice field behind the hotel. The owners were great to work with. We would love to come again. "

"We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Rockport. This VRBO is truly a hidden gem — peaceful, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home.The property is beautifully maintained with cozy furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space. We especially loved the easy stroll to Main Street! It’s clear the owners take pride in the space, and everything was spotless.What makes this place even more special is the location. Rockport is a charming small town, and the property is just a short drive to Kansas City, MO or Omaha, NE.The host was friendly and responsive and making sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a place this peaceful and well-kept at such a reasonable price.We’ll definitely be back. Whether you're passing through, looking for a weekend getaway, or just need to unplug and unwind, this Rockport retreat is a true hidden gem."
