"Dawn’s place was perfect. Perfect location, accommodations were perfect, Dawn was amazing, bed was so comfortable, I would give her place a 20 out of 5 stars. I have been to a lot of Vrbo’s this one is at the top of my list. I am already looking to book for next year. Thank you Dawn for everything. We will be back."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. At check in we were treated to chips and salsa and a trail mix snack bar. Hotel is very close to the Heartland bike trail which connects to Paul Bunyon trail which is the longest bicycle trail in Minnesota. Staff allowed us to extend out check out time to by an hour which gave us enough time ride the trails before checking out. Staff were very friendly and easy to talk to."
