A bougie barn on 50+ acres! Cozy and updated.

  • Come relax on 50+ acres all to yourself! In the middle of the Yadkin Valley AVA, Vineyards galore and only 25 minutes to Winston-Salem and downtown Elkin. Stone fire pit, outside shower (for the brave!), gas grill, outside dining table with market lights, two decks (one covered) with ample seating, tire swing and lots of graveled roads to walk. Beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunsets included. Great open kitchen w/large gathering table, high speed StarLink WiFi, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, large comfy sectional sofa and 75" streaming tv in hayloft. Super comfy memory foam King Bed in MBR on 1st level and the King Bed in the upstairs Guest Room. Privacy galore with gated private drive and gravel parking area that will accommodate 3 vehicles.
