"Nice and clean. Nicely decorated. The home itself was very simple but very usable. Bathroom is small, so be aware. The property itself was under cared for when we arrived. Tall weeds and grass, stood out on the block as the only yard that had not been mowed. Tree in front yard had I trimmed branches ..."
