Check-in: From 3:00 pm

Check-out: By 10:00 am (unless arranged otherwise)

Please message us if you’d like to request early check-in or late check-out — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

🧼 Cleanliness

Please wash and put away any used dishes before departure.

Remove all rubbish and place it in the correct outdoor bins.

Leave the home tidy and in the condition you found it.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the Villa.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only — please dispose of butts responsibly.

🎉 Parties & Noise

No parties, events, or unregistered guests.

Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

🐾 Pets

Sorry, no pets are allowed with the Resort

🔒 Safety & Security

Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

Do not tamper with security devices or smoke alarms.

🚗 Parking

Guests may park in the designated Driveway area

🧺 Linen & Towels

All bed linen and towels are provided.
Pool Towels are provided. Please return these to the Villa as they belong to Coastal Retreats
Please do not remove them from the property or use them at the beach.

🧾 Damage & Breakages

Please report any damage, stains, or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
