4 BEDROOM UNIT WITH COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL IN THE HEART OF COWES, (1 of 3 Units - BOOK ONE OR ALL THREE).
These units are in the perfect position in Cowes. Only minutes walk to the beach and town. Enter from Steele Street, parking at front of units.
Stunning outdoor pool with great kids playground.
Perfect for families or groups of friends for a well deserved break. Each unit has its own private deck with outdoor tables, chairs and BBQ. The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment.
No WIFI - NOT PET FRIENDLY
This downstairs 4 bedroom unit, can sleep a total of 7 guests:
ALL LINEN & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AND BEDS MADE UP
Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen bed, with ensuite
Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds
Bedroom 3 - 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 4 - 1 double bed. 
This 4 bedroom unit is on the lower level on the left hand side (looking at the picture).
This Small Block of units consists of 3 UNITS within the building. Shared laundry facilities.
Rent one and relax with the family or Rent all 3 and relax with family and friends and have your own private mini resort.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.
