There is a large wood heater in the open living area, as well as a split system for heating and cooling. There are 2 bathrooms at the property, one off the laundry containing a shower & vanity with a separate toilet in the hallway, and another bathroom with separate toilet accessed from outside only.
The 4 bedrooms (with 1 King and 6 Queens) comfortably sleep up to 14 guests, perfect for extended family or large friend groups.
The property includes a grassy area out the back and a huge carport. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting undercover. The spacious rear garden backs onto a reserve. Please note the property is not fully fenced. The long driveway provides parking for up to 3 vehicles.
