「Nice spacious room and well appointed. Stuart was very welcoming and outlined the facilities available.
As well as in-room coffee & tea facilities there's fresh milk and sodas in a fridge in the lounge. There's an optional continental breakfast which is delivered to your door at a time of your choosing in the morning and can be enjoyed in-room, in the lounge or in the garden. Alternatively, if you prefer a cooked breakfast, there are a couple of nearby cafes recommended.」

「Another wonderful stay , the hotel is so beautifully decorated clean and owners so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is amazing with a fantastic choice cooked to order. The lady serving this is a treasure and can’t do enough for you.
Will be back again to this amazing hotel by the sea .」

「The bedding and towels were lovely and clean, couldn't fault.
The shower tray left a lot to be desired, along with the shower mat and windowsill.
There was no way of opening/closing the windows as they were too high. The same with the curtains. A long bamboo rod attached to the top could help with opening/closing?
Staff? Hardley saw a soul in the 4 days I was there.
The breakfast was sufficient for what I needed.」

「Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed.」
