The location was great. Right on Juno beach. Bedding was missing upon arrival. Contacted host twice via the contact host link (text via what’s app). No response and then I tried to phone but the number did not work. Finally just before 10 pm the host brought a sheet, 2 pillow cases, duvet cover, 2 towel, and one dish towel. The floor at the edges was dirty, missing extra toilet paper, fire detector sitting on counter. The hallway coming in smells terrible. We bought our own toilet paper and hand soap. We also asked where to take the garbage and didn’t hear back until after we checked out. The location was nice but would choose a different place next time.

The location was great and the apartment was pretty clean and mostly well stocked with items you might need. However, the experience was greatly spoiled by the fact that we had to rent (at an additional cost) our linens (sheets and towels). As though this wasn’t annoying enough (linens should most definitely be included in an accommodation rental) the website provided to do so had no option for different language so we were trying to figure out the proper linens to rent for a unit we had never seen in a language we don’t speak. Is was a lot of hassle while we were trying to travel elsewhere.

The Best Beach Flat

We really enjoyed our stay in Courseulles-sur-Mer in this well equipped, very clean flat. The pictures are very accurate, it is modern and up to date. The view is awe inspiring. It is in a perfect location for walking to the Juno Beach Centre, restaurants, and shops. And of course because it is right at the water front, we did many walks on the beach and on the seawall. Another important feature - we felt very safe and secure in the flat, building and of course the area. We hope to return!

Loved our stay

This location was spectacular. We had a wonderful view, we were only steps from the beach and restaurants and shops were only a short walk away. This was the perfect base for us while we were in the region visiting the D-day beaches. Check in could not have been easier and we were well-attended to when we had questions. Everything went smoothly and we could even do our laundry easily there. The only drawback was that we had to rent sheets and towels (though we were told that well in advance). Overall, we had an amazing stay and everyone was kind and helpful.

Excellent location to tour Juno Beach

The apartment was perfectly located to see Juno Beach. Great view. The check in was a bit tricky as you need to call before 8pm to get a key (we were 7:45). Would've liked to be given a key code to access a key as that would've been less stressful. But they were very friendly and accommodating. The fee for linens and cleaning were a bit higher than we'd have liked. Overall, highly recommend and we'd stay here again.
