Great hotel. Great ski in ski out location. One isssue was the location of our room. It had an amazing view over the slopes but the room was right above where all the deliveries came on skidoos, consequently the room was really noisy if you wanted to sleep with the window open (and even with it shut, to some extent). Pick your room carefully though and it was just perfect. Our room was 112
No working heat in the room. The functionality and décor of the room was circa 1700… sans the fireplace. Luckily we got a space heater on our first night which we were forced to use the entire stay. Not exactly luxury living. Room hasn’t been renovated...perhaps ever? Ripped curtains, disgusting carpet and rickety, bargain-basement furniture. Horrific bed. 4 stars generally has water or coffee in the room. This had neither. The walls were paper thin. And the hotel was teeming w families w little children. Thus, the hotel ambiance had a wonderful, never-ending infusion of crying / screaming toddlers. The ski rental staff rest staff were extremely friendly / pleasant. One of the bellhops (younger) was also extremely friendly/personable. The cleaning staff, however, refused to change sheets. Because you’re a hefty hike from town, you can sometimes be forced to rely on the hotel’s transportation service, which was strongly advocated / encouraged by the front desk upon check in. However, early in our stay, after a long day on the mountain, I called for a pickup and was told they would be there in 5 min. The driver took 70 min to pick me up, leaving me outside in the cold for a painfully long time. To compound issues, they then lied and said they tried to pick me up. 3 times? But when I called the hotel front desk (which I did 7 times while I waited in the cold) they kept reiterating the driver would be there soon - in 5 min or 10 min, then 20 min.
An absolute gem of a hotel. The best location and wonderful service. The entire hotel exceeded our expectations with excellent breakfast & dinners. Special shout out to Mario & Ernesto who were the friendliest drivers and certainly the highlight of our stay!
Can’t recommend this place enough. True ski in and out. Quaint but well thought out rooms.
Staff and Hotel management not polite. The room was bery bad. Heater doesn’t work, hot water doesn’t come. You are taking shower by cold water

Did not refund my money when I have a doctor’s note saying I have a broken shoulder and can’t travel for two months and because the mountain was closed due to Corona
Hotel excelente. Funcionários muito cordiais. Localização perfeita para quem quer praticar esportes na neve, e para quem está buscando um lugar muito acolhedor. Com certeza iremos voltar.
The hotel and staff were incredible. Locstion of hotel on mountain A+. Indoor gsrage ended up being so inportant since it snowed so much. Transportation to 1850 was great. Loved the bar area for apre ski. Rooms a bit tight but other positives out-weighed.
The hotel is in a fantastic location - right on the Bellecote piste, so is genuinely 'ski in ski out'. Public areas are all tastefully furnished and kept spotlessly clean. Rooms are a little on the small side - but not uncommon in France. The outstanding feature are the staff - from reception to dining to ski room - all are faultless in their attitude and keenness to please - but in a genuine friendly way. When we complained that next door room were being a little noisy (nothing major), they immediately contacted the room and followed up with us every morning to see if things were now ok. Which they were. We are planning to return next year. We had an exceptional holiday.
We stayed at this hotel during the winter for a few days of skiing. Very convenient location, ski shop is in the building (no need to carry equipment across properties). Half board was great - breakfast was normal, dinner was very good. We will definitely come back!
I can not recommend this hotel enough! The location is the fantastic, however everything from start to finish was amazing. We loved it and will be returning! Amazing view from our room, cosy bar area, friendly helpful staff. The ski hire room is located down stairs and they will even hold your skis and have them ready in the morning. The breakfast was lovely and a good variety. My only thing I think improvement could be made, the evening meal was a little hit and miss. It was still enjoyable and the ambience was lovely with open fire and great atmosphere and the seat selection was lovely. Overall a really good experience!
Superb location, superb staff and food , every area of the hotel cannot be faulted.
No spa but that is very much reflected in the price. 3 star hotel with 5 star service and food.
