From the minute you walk in you get a lovely warm welcome The place is spotless with great attention to detail. We stayed in the ground floor USA room with its double windows, king size bed and great shower Upstairs there’s a French and an Irish room. You basically have full use of the kitchen and lounge area plus a garden area for guests. The breakfasts are amazing with a great choice of fresh...

「Very good location in city. Parking place in side of back yard (behind of gate), very good spacious and safety. Room for single was also spacious. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comtable, I sleep very well. Breakfast was good. Personnel in hotel was very friendly and helpful, I got plenty of good information of city.」

「This was our first stop away from Dublin on our holiday. The owners, Dave and Laura were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable, bed a bit soft ( we love hard beds) but clean. Breakfast was delicious and delightfully they had beautiful Enya music playing while we ate. Their yard is delightful to see. Our only complaint, is that the house was cold upon arrival and was never warmed. Our room warmed very nicely. It was a dreary day. 」

「We got a very warm welcome by Anne who also gave us some good recommendations for dinner. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Nice views out of the room to the bay of Tramore. City center is a 20-30min walk which also gives you the chance to have great views to the bay. The breakfast was great and Anne and her husband have been very friendly. We can defnitely recommend a stay here!」

「What a charming bed and breakfast! First the friendly staff makes you feel very welcomed to start. Then the clean comfortable spacious room and the lovely bed makes you feel home. And they immediately refresh you with some tea and cake soon after your arrival. The breakfast was lovely, and the swing on the front, the trail behind the house... All wonderful! I also ordered the picnic for the hike, and it had enough to feed four for just the two of us. I would definitely recommend.」

「we stayed twice, once on day of arrival in Ireland and once on day of leaving. The only problem was that we arrived late at night and it was very difficult to find in the dark as there was no sign visible from the main road. We had to rely on someone from the garage next door to direct us. On our second visit we found it easily of course. Some sort of lighting by the entrance at night would be helpful. 」

We were able to see the beautiful grounds in the morning and it was fabulous. The breakfast was great and very good. Wish we had planned on being in this area longer as the place is worth the visit.」

「It was an old style B and B which I really wanted my family to experience. The beds squeezed, the internet didn’t work in my room, the bathroom toilet didn’t work properly. Loved the skeleton type key for the room. 」

「I found the Meetings to be nice, quaint, older but very satisfied with the room, host and bed and shower. A few things need attention (loose toilet seat), but it met my expectations and I had a good time here. 」

「Nice place but after 10 or 11 at night the owners really don't any noise what so ever..if you want to go for a night out and come back late or want to watch TV late or go out after 11 for cigarette.. you'll be approached by either Avery or Niamh and basically told keep it down so I felt uncomfortable during my stay and wouldn't return..stayed 4 days and the room wasn't serviced once..I had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet roll..towels which is unacceptable 」
