「鉄道駅から徒歩８分です。なお駅前バスステーション発458番Ballina行きはすぐ近くに止まりますので便利。スタッフは真面目で親切。朝食は若干品数が少ないが美味しいです。設備は一流で快適。夏でもタオルドライヤが使えるのが嬉しい。冷蔵庫が欲しいね。ただ団体がチェックインするとエレベータ渋滞します。スタッフの客さばきが懇切丁寧すぎるかな？　　」

「Since the hotel is in the city centre we could walk anywhere. Loved having a room on the river with a step-on balcony. We paid for parking on the street for only a couple of hours since we were staying Saturday night and leaving Sunday. (Paid parking stops at 6:30 pm on Saturday.) We parked on the street as the hotel parking lot was tiny.」

「The kitchen was very nice. The staff were very helpful and gave us recommendations for laundry facilities and things to see. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. The only thing we would change is having a better space to put our backpacks would have been appreciated.」

「Fairly convenient. But felt like I was staying at someone's home rather than a guest house if that makes sense - No signage out front or anything to identify it as a guest house. Mary was feiendly, front of house very clean. Bathroom looked amazing, but shower ran between scorching hot and freezing cold, very difficult to shower in. Please buy new towels...the ones in the room once wet smelt terrible. I couldn't use them and had to put them in the closet overnight because the smell was...
