Horrible small pokey room .. couldn’t believe they would offer ..intercontinental shouldn’t give their name to it.. they gave me an upgrade which was a little better… old carpets , very old scratched furniture..no excuse ..no idea alternatives In Bordeaux but certainly would avoid this hotel.

"I knew that I will be departing at 5AM for a flight home,so I asked to check out the evening before departure. I was tole that there will be staff at 5AM but there was no one. The property was gated so that too was a worry"
