Overall average but definitely needs work. Every ice machine on every floor was broken / out of order. The climate control in the room was unstable. I would wake up hot at night and at other times it was fine. The thermostat on the wall and on the AC unit itself did nothing when I turned it down so probably controlled by mgmt. Other than that it was clean enough for me and everything else in the room worked. The breakfast was also good and a nice bonus as many suites with a kitchenette do not even have breakfast.

Quick and friendly check-in by Juan at the front desk. He earned this stay the 5-star rating I am giving it. He was nice and helpful. He answered all questions and was always available, very personable. Great customer service.

The room was great, the staff nice, elevator had an issue and my tv was stuck on one channel. other than that everything was good, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall good deal but with some trade offs.

Overall for the price of about $70 it was a good deal. Room was clean and the service was prompt. However, the elevator was broken, the shower did not have a curtain, and a knob on the stove was broken. The problems were addressed promptly during my stay. The breakfast is OK but things run out fast but it is unique for a suite to offer free breakfast anyway. Regarding the comfort there was lots of noise from some kind of motor or machine running, maybe it was the laundry room but not sure, and you could hear lots of doors shutting in the early morning hours.

Pulling in at night, no lights in parking lot (looked closed). Nobody told me that there was a bar in the hotel. That would've been nice. Room reeked of mildew. No shampoo, no sheets for the pullout. Pullout sofa is impossible to use. Had to sleep on regular sofa. I asked about breakfast at check in and was told it was from 5-9. Arrived for breakfast at 7:48 and there was no eggs or sausage left. I asked if there was more coming and they informed me that they didn't prepare any more and were not going to make any more. The pool was beautiful.

The moment I walked in, I was sideeyed by a lady at the front desk, who said I wasnt able to check in early, understandable. We asked about the pool, she said it was going to be closed due to a wedding party, we weren’t going to be able to use it. At the time of checking in, we were greeted by Mario, super amazing guy! Our rooms didn’t lock, we had issues with our TVs. No one was in the pool, both days. My kids were upset that they couldn't enjoy the sun in the pool. On our last night, we asked for extras towels, Andy at the front desk told us it was 2 bath towels, & 2 wash cloths per room only, & the hotel didn’t have extras to hand out. It was me & another guest asking for towels to shower up after a hot long day. She was given 2 towels. I was given one. && before Andy gave me a clean towel, he tried to give me what looked like used towels that were there on his desk. We brought towels in town at a Dollar General. Breakfast was super good, the Texas waffles! Staff was AMAZING! Two cleaning ladies helped us out with an extra blanket. Lastly we had our kids with us, && we got a suite with a pull out bed. We had to rearrange the furniture in the room to pull it out. That mattress was super uncomfortable. We’ll be checking out another hotel when we’re back in town.
