"Everything was okay. They made the rooms every day, which was nice. My room had a slow tub drain. I removed the stopper that allows you to stop water from draining, which helped. I am surprised that they did nothing to correct the issue. I left the stopper out, which was obvious to see. If they run the water, it fills up immediately."

"Lauren was an absolute legend. Knowing she may not have been onsite when we got there she called me in the. To let me know. Left the key for me and came to see us afterwards. The room was great.
