コティニャックの魅力的な村の中心に位置し、フェンスで囲まれた広々とした庭園があります。 村の中心部で夜を過ごした後、すぐに家に戻ってきたら、場所は理想的です！ 通りからは、庭とプールを見るのはほとんど不可能です。 また、村からの騒音は、周囲の建物によってほとんど遮蔽されています。
コティニャックには、2つのパン屋、肉屋、魚屋、食料品店、銀行の支店、スーパーマーケット（村のすぐ外、ブリニョールの方向）と郵便局がありますが、何よりも魅力的なバーとレストランのテラスがたくさんあります。 コティニャックの「コース」のプラタナスの下では、パスティスやコーヒーを飲みながら夢を見ることができます。
村に住んでいると、村のすべてのアクティビティやイベントを楽しんだ後、静かな雰囲気とヴィラのさわやかなプールに簡単に戻ることができます。
毎週火曜日（年中）および夏の土曜日のマーケットは必見です。
村に着いたら、車は必要ありません。
コティニャックはヴェルドン渓谷に非常に近いです。ワインの試飲とツアーのための多くのワイナリーと美しい田園地帯のなだらかな丘に囲まれています

Great house and pool in perfect location

We loved our stay at Villa Paradise. Whilst centrally located in Cotignac and close to shops, bars and restaurants this well equipped house is secluded and private.

Best location!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Paradis. Absolutely the best location right in the middle of Cotignac, super easy to pop in and out to all the fab restaurants and to the best market in the area held on a Tuesday. Outside seating area by the pool is a great with a spectacular view of the cliffs. If I had one teeny request, a mop and bucket and a less temperamental vacuum 😊 Thanks also to Karine for great communication.

Beautiful Property Close to Town

Villa Paradis was an amazing find for my family while we were in town for a wedding! Not only is the property in such a prime location just steps from the town center, the privacy and amenities made our stay wonderful. The owners were communicative well in advance making sure we had all important information and contacts for the property manager and taxi drivers. The property manager, Louise, was kind and attentive, going above and beyond for us. The comfort of this home made our stay very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again should we make our way back to Cotignac!

amazing location

Wonderful location in sleepy beautiful Cotignac, with the villa being literally less than 2 mins walk from the shops, restaurants and bars. The outside space is truly fabulous and not at all overlooked with great outside cooking facilities and space. Would certainly recommend booking restaurants in advance as Cotignac is busy for lunch and dinner, but even so the villa feels secluded and private even when so wonderfully close by and enables you to explore the town by foot. Markets and events are brilliant with live music most evenings.

Great house in a perfect location

Bright, airy house in a perfect location in a buzzy town served by too many brilliant restaurants to visit in a week. Great outdoor space and convenient, secure parking. Had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. Could do with a second bathroom if there were 6 of you, and maybe a full length mirror somewhere, but don’t let that stop you visiting Villa Paradis - it is very appropriately named !!

Beautiful oasis in center of village

This property is beautiful, very well equipped, and has so many cozy spaces to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and friends/family. We loved it and hope to stay there again.

Really Impressive

We were welcomed warmly by Ron and introduced to the property which was exactly as was described and more. We travelled by car from Nice, the directions were opened in Google maps and it took us straight to the front gate making the whole ‘getting there’ experience really easy. The house was clean, amazing location and offered some real home comforts with the facilities and amenities onsite. The only down side was that we didn’t stay there longer.

cette maison mérite bien son nom ! équilibre parfait entre une grande maison et un extérieur de rêve en plein village. nous étions 3 différentes générations et chacun y a trouvé son bonheur , farniente au bord de l'eau ou balades dans ce charmant village. très satisfaite de ce séjour !

What a fabulous house in the heart of Cotignac

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Paradis. The house catered for all our needs. What made our stay was the outside space with a beautiful good sized pool and a covered seating area. Also a very big plus was that we were in the heart of Cotignac and didn’t need to use the car. It was also great to have plenty of parking space as I know that parking can be a problem especially on market days. I would have no hesitation in booking this property again.
