Amazing staff, great location, wonderful hotel and restaurant

It’s a clean hotel and staff are polite. The rooms are comfortable enough. This however didn’t feel stylish or remotely luxurious so I’m wondering why it’s classed as 4 star?

Great location very close to the station. Breakfast could have been better and there was a lack of space for breakfast. Room was clean enough as a base to explore the city

The property was ideally placed for foot access to the Old Town, the bay, the Port, the market and for public transport to art museums and the airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. The room faced onto the street so nights were sometimes disturbed by groups of people talking loudly outside the cafe below, but traffic noise was not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay, and very much hoping to return one day.

Room was amazing. The penthouse, which was a lovely surprise. Perfect location near the harbour and old town. Nice is so very nice. Top 10 favourite places. Room was beautiful. Big corner bath. Great bed and balcony x
