「Such a homely, comfortable villa in the beautiful Oasis de Capistrano area. It was very quiet out of season which is just how we like it! The private balcony meant that we could sunbathe daily and then use the very efficient pellet burner to take any chill off inside when the sun went down. Weekly service of new bedding and towels was a lovely surprise as we hadn't read it in the blurb 😊 Would very highly recommend it and hope to stay again.」

Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos en la casa y un montón de espacio para la familia y nuestro perro. La casa está a sólo unos minutos en coche del paseo marítimo ya menos de media hora del aeropuerto, por lo que está en una gran ubicación.」

「The twin bedded property was what we wanted. Pedro is a very helpful host- does not overwhelm you with details but is always available with assistance or advice when needed. Access is from street level but then upstairs to the living area. Further stairs take you up to the sunny and private roof terrace. The property is conveniently situated for fairly short walks to supermarket, bus station and to the Balcon area.」

Il contient tout le nécessaire pour bien vivre et cuisiner.Il est très fonctionnel et joli. Il possède une belle terrasse et le site est agréable. De plus les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentionnés. Ils ont vraiment fait tout ce qu'ils pouvaient pour nous aider lorsque nous avons eu besoin. Notre séjour a été des plus agréables.」

The rooms are of a good size with three good sized bedrooms. There is a good tv with a wide range of stations (though it wasnt working properly for the first two days). The house was more than adequate, a little dated with some minor issues which were mailnly wear and tear but overall we would be being very picky to rate this property under 4 star plus. The location for us was perfect except for the noise from the busy roads either side but again would not deter us from booking again. The host was easily contactable and the property provides everything you need for a long stay. This area of Benalmadena has plenty of good quality...

「After a slight hiccup on arrival, EVERYTHING was excellent! Our 10th time in the area and this has to have been the best rental. Villa was spotless. All beds were comfortable. Location 5 min walk fro beach, 15 min to San Pedro. The villa was so well equipped that we ate in every night….really was superb! We paid to use the jacuzzi…..superb! We were that impressed with it that we have already booked it for 2025!」
