"Room was basic but clean and big. Appreciated having a small fridge in our room and a balcony. Albeit small. Staff were mostly quite friendly. Except for one receptionist who was very rude to us on our second attempt to check in. We had arrived early and couldn’t check in yet, which was understandable, they have a luggage room we could leave our bags in and was told to come back at 2pm and it would be ready. We did this, but was very rudely told it wasn’t ready again by a different member of staff. She told us maybe in 45 mins it might be ready. Which was a little disappointing. We paid just 50 euros extra for our 4 day stay to add on half board. For the price this was reasonable and worth it. Selection was small on the buffet and timing only 2 hours, which you do get rushed out at the exact point they close. We wouldn’t have chosen to eat there though for the cost and selection. However their roof top bar was a great hidden job to enjoy a cocktail on in the evening Location was good. Close to the airport, a short walk to the beach although there are quite a few steps down. Plenty of close by supermarkets, bars and shops in the area. Pool area was nice, but the cabana beds were only available at a surcharge of 30-50 euros and it was never an option to get a bed by the pool if you didn’t wake super early. We were able to have a late check out until 2pm for 20 euro surcharge, which was helpful for us. In summary, it was what you’d expect for the price and a decent stay. "

"Amazing location. Lovely room and possibly the comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in! Modern feel, very clean, everything worked perfectly. Very quiet considering right in town. Lovely rooftop views and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can’t fault anything! "

"One night stay, staff were brilliant at answering all queries, taking us to train station, beach and airport, all included in the stay! Knowledge of local area was fab, even writing down what stops we needed for the train and how much/where to pay etc! We had breakfast and and evening meal, neither were paid for during booking and both were reasonable We booked for my daughter’s birthday and left a note saying this on booking in the comments box, when we arrived every staff member we met wished her a happy birthday! Pool warm which was lovely as were used to ice cold pools, our room overlooked the pool which was a perfect location to see the sea miles away too"

It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an ideal location—everything you need is within walking distance, including Puerto Banús, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to the Old Town. A special thank you to Patricia, the manager, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back!"

"Nice hotel but it certainly needs a refresh. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and brunch. Comfy room, even it was really basic, we would have appreciated more amenities. We didn’t like the auto checkin process: very complicated, room key code not working, we needed to ask for a physical key… honestly, technology won’t replace human contact, empathy, kindness and human problem solving in front desk services. "
