The indoors and out door pools are inviting with a spa-like atmosphere. The front desk staff is eager to assist, including loading and unloading luggages. "Hotel located across the river from Porto making it a little less busy. Parking was great with valet included. Full breakfast buffet was very good. Concierge was helpful to plan port tasting options nearby The room was very spacious yet weird design choices. They promote environmental stewardship but there are few places to hang things in the shower bathroom area Lighting took some time to get used to. Overall very pleasant"

"Very good location for shopping areas and nearby sights. Room was a good size & basic. We had to checkout prior to breakfast and a boxed breakfast was provided. There was a self storage room for luggage but it is difficult to get to up a couple of steps. There wasn’t anyone to help with luggage at reception that we could see. Staff seemed distracted but provided needed info. "
