We are on the third and top floor of the imposing Palazzo Passerini, one of the historic buildings that symbolize the city. The apartment is about 100 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Internally it has only a few steps that divide the rooms. Casa Ada e Sabo has two entrances, one from the small and characteristic Piazza Passerini and one from the internal condominium courtyard, where there is also a particular garden for common use.
Once inside the apartment you will find a bright living room composed of a sofa, Smart TV and a large dining table, the ideal and convivial meeting place at the end of the day. The kitchen is small and functional, complete with everything needed to prepare your favorite dishes.
Then we find the 3 double bedrooms, all with their own personality: the first is the "Room of the amphorae", a beautiful 19th-century neoclassical room decorated with scenes from the classical myth and overlooking the city. The second is the "Room of the bees" characterized by decorative panels embellished with a frame of stylized bees and two beautiful windows that offer two unforgettable points of view over the city and the landscape. The last is the "Garden Room" decorated with geometric and floral motifs and characterized by the view on the palace garden. Two bathrooms with shower complete the apartment.
