「The room is very nice with beautiful mountain view. Staff is very kind to show us about the hiking couse etc... But the day of our depature, the some parts of Dromite pass closed for bike days from 10 am to 3pm. I got this information when I went to the concierge asking about the route just before check out. It was already 10 am. If the road was closed such a long time, it will affect our itinerary. Because I was thinking to drive to Bolzano that day by stopping some parts of the Doromite pass....

「Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...

「Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. 」

「We enjoyed our stay here, staff was great. Well situated to sightseeing in the area being close to Brunico and short drive to Lago di Brasie. Only issue we had was about info for the spa. You should bring your own bathing cap as it’s required to use the pool and a pair of flip flops. Some of the showers in the adult side of the spa didn’t work. Steam rooms and saunas were great. 」
