Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, the fridge was always stocked and beds were made and the trash was taken out each day. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

Room wasnt great for a 4 star , tv was outdated (not even a smart tv) only 2 pillows in the bed we had to ask for more , room was dinghy , no iron in room , its a shame as the hotel was nice but the room let it down ... also strange marks on the wall paper just didnt feel like it matched the hotel .

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of food and they had gluten and dairy free options for me. Grabbed a gondola ride right outside the hotel. Not too far to walk to St Mark's, etc.
