I don’t know where to start, there was roaches in my room and my guest room, woke up to a lady screaming early in the morning which that can happen at any hotel but this was my experience there, the pool area has a hot tub and it has a sign that says front desk controls temperature, but sadly it was not working. They do not mop the floors at all my kids feet was so dirty from just walking without shoes. I will never stay here again also someone’s vehicle was stolen this morning.

Had an issue with the guy upfront when trying to check in. He advised me, I was in a smoking room. I let him know I wasn’t a smoker and asked if the room smelled and he stated yes. He told me it was $12 cash to switch rooms. I didn’t have cash and he said it would be double on a card. I went to the atm and returned and he tried to switch the price to $14. After a brief discussion he handed me my change. So far not pleased with the interaction.

Our bedroom itself was clean bed was comfy stains on some part of the sheets. Establishment, we arrived at 8ish out of town police enforcement was there!! Makes you wonder. In my situation this was the most economic solution, my daughter was having a procedure done at the driscoll hospital, and it is just like 15 min away. To many shady different people out there which did not make me feel very comfortable and if there is another time ill have to go back cc i will not stay there again!!

Was clean but front desk was rude needed new towels and they made comments and didn't act like they wanted to give me more towels then some stuff was stolen from my car looked like people staying their was on drugs and prostitutes would recommend for a family

The room stank like a dirty washcloth. The bathroom floors were sticky. The whole room felt damp. The bedding was not rinsed well you still smell and feel the soap. The immediate blast of stinky room hits you as you walk in. The attendant’s comment when I described this to him was, “Well, have you ever stayed at a Red Roof Inn and I said yes, in Charlottesville VA and it was clean.
