This ground floor beachfront 1 Bedroom deluxe has a private patio that borders a nice grassy area and allows you to access the boardwalk directly from the unit. The Deluxe 1 Bedroom is 1000 square feet and features a fully equipped kitchen and full bath. With a king size bed and a sofa sleeper this 1 bedroom will accommodate up to 4 people. With the beach just steps out the patio door and easy access to the pool and hot tub, you can enjoy the best of both worlds. This Condominium Property is located just a few minutes from downtown Port Aransas, shopping, beach access, and restaurants. No pets are allowed.
